I am so happy my wife and I purchased our sofa and ottoman from Bassett Furniture. After years of buying cheap imported stuff from various larger retailers in this valley, the level of service we received exceeded our expectations. Even with our recent interaction with the store and their manager I believe is Jay (big guy with tattoos), he sincerely made us feel like family and has us for all our future furniture purchases! It is definitely worth it to pay a little extra for high quality products AND customer service. Big thank you to the Bassett team and management!

My wife and I purchased sofas and a complete bedroom set from Bassett for our newly built home. Prior to buying the furniture, Rosibell did a courtesy visit at the model homes of our new complex in order measure and give us recommendations of what would look good in the new place. The manager, Jay, showed the military love by giving us an extra discount and providing a loaner sofa to us until our purchases came in. We are extremely happy with the bedroom and gathering room sets that we purchased at Bassett, and we could not have done it without Rosibell’s assistance and outstanding customer service skills. It felt like we had our very own personal assistant!! She is the best sales representative in the world!! Our home is finally coming together! We truly want to thank the entire Bassett team! After downsizing post retirement we purchased a smaller home that required appropriately sized furniture. We were assigned to Naomi, at Bassett, who has continued to provide amazing customer service and has been an enormous help to us. We are so appreciative. We haven’t received our furniture, as of yet, but have the expectation that it will be exactly what we’d hope it would be.

While the majority of our furniture is special order, we do carry a selection of in stock items. We flow Stressless and Club Level containers as well as X Chair bulk purchases. We have a local distribution center as well to help flow inventory. Additionally, we have many furniture accessories ready for purchase in our showrooms and a clearance center in our Temecula store.
