Well I am not really fond of Urgent Care facilitates, however this location is Amazing!! Everyone is really kind and their customer service is great! Every time I’ve been here for some unfortunate accident from work I am greeted by super sweet receptionist. The entire staff is great. I was unable to write with my right hand today and needed to fill out a lot of paperwork and Itzel the receptionist offered to help me. She went out of her way to help me, that’s a special kindness you rarely see anymore. Thank you for taking great care of me every time I have been to this Urgent Care.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience tonight. The ladies at the service desk were friendly and helpful, the medical assistant was friendly and interested in what I had to say, and Adam the NP was friendly, thorough, gentle, and informative. He truly listened to me and took an appropriate amount of time to evaluate my area of concern. The facility itself is pretty boring to look at from the outside but very clean and welcoming on the inside with what I assume are staff members kids’ pictures on the wall, sufficient seating, and large working flat screen TV’s for waiting patrons. And the best part? It’s open 24 hours without an appointment. My partner has taken her kids there before and also had a positive experience. We highly recommend.

Obviously as an urgent care, the wait times are going to be long. I’m not going to knock them for that. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made my daughter feel as comfortable as possible when she had to get her blood drawn for the first time. We’ve been here quite a few times and will continue to use their services when needed.

This is always our family’s go to when we can’t get an appointment with our doctor. The staff is very friendly and organized. The new checking is much easier now to do right from your phone. The wait was about an hour but considering the amount of people wanting to be seen, I thought this was good. Practitioner Phelps was very caring and helpful once I was seen. The rooms are cleaned after every patient leaves. The best hours to go I would recommend in the morning. If you may have Covid related symptoms they do offer a rapid test with your visit. The results are back within 15-20 minutes. My insurance covered the cost.
