This was an amazing experience. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and this is the nicest AT&T store ever. The manager Frances makes this store welcoming. Our sales consultant Ashton was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He answered all my questions, eased my apprehension upgrading to a new phone and made this experience enjoyable and educational.
