Great customer service. I ordered some uniforms online for store pick up knowing that the wait time was 10-15 days especially with embroidery and it being right during the school rush. However, I tried my luck and came a couple of days later to check on my order and Deja and Kee went above and beyond to expedite my order. They had amazing professionalism and interpersonal skills and have the potential for greatness in the future.

HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! After waiting for hours I was told they were sold out of what I needed. Schools please don’t utilize this location and force parents to spend hours waiting for what you require our children to wear. A worker came from behind the counter to tell us that we need to have patience because it’s the day before back to school, they had a lot of workers available in June and July but several didn’t show up on this day. Either way there is no excuse for this terrible service, I’ve been here before and it’s always horrible!

If it wasn't for the friendliness of the gentleman who helped us today, I'd be giving 1 star. I had made an appt as requested for the date they came up to our school. However, due to overwhelming number of parents who went that day, it was more of an unorganized circus with no control over merchandise from Ibiley reps on campus. They didn't have uniform shirts in either of my kids' sizes. So we made the trip down to their store today. Big mistake!! 2 hours in line and come to find they only had 1 shirt in my son's size. Ruined the rest of my plans for the day, as I was feeling awful from standing around in line for so long. If you absolutely must go in store, take someone along and tag team in the line.

Monique is my go to person. Everyone at this location is awesome, but Monique makes sure I was well taking care of. She took her time explaining the difference prices and just being so helpful. She's a wonderful person inside and out. Thank you Monique
