I feel they could do a better work of organizing. People are friendly, but need work on organization. You need to have more registers open. In addition you should have a seperate register for return or exchange items. I made the line like everyone else and some uniforms you did not have in stock. No problem, I ordered the uniforms at the register to be shipped to me when available. The problem is you guys changed manufactures and the sizing and material is different. Uniforms are already expensive as it is. One of the items I had issues with was the fleece jacket. I needed a bigger size from last year so that is what I ordered. When I received the item home it is a bigger size on the tag but it is actually smaller. Why would I purchase something smaller when I need something bigger. I also had issues with a pair of pants that I ordered. I have been calling the main customer service and no customer service is available. I sent them an email it has been 2 weeks and no response. I went today to Dennis Uniform in Miami and the line was around the store. I found a bigger size of the jacket to exchange and was told I had to wait the line. I do not think that is fair when I already waited the line originally when I purchased, plus not my fault you are low in stock and changed manufactures which changes the size and materials of the clothing. I really hope you take this into consideration and open a seperate line for exchange or returns only, and have more employees. 2 registers open and the line all around the store is just unacceptable. For your online team they need to get back to customers, 2 weeks and no email back, I provided all information for you to get back to me.

When you go in store, pick up the uniform sheet for your specific school.Make sure you check the prices before you complete your sale in store. You could make the line & ride a few Disney rides faster than it takes to pay for merchandise in this store. Every year it's the same thing, you'd think management would solve the issue. Barely anything was in stock for my child's school & I ended up having to order. Definitely would not shop here if I didn't have to

My son and I had a great shopping experience fitting and buying his school uniforms. Ximena the Floor Associate was very nice, polite, helpful and efficient. She went above and beyond to make us feel satisfied with our shopping. Also, Veronica the Lead Cashier was very nice, fast and efficient. The items that weren’t available at the store, she ordered them online so that I can receive them by mail. I commend these girls on a job well done and recommend for you to shop at Dennis Uniform.
