In 9th of August 2022 I was there and the stuff named brayn he was very rude and un respected me I was in the line and i ask him that i want to buy ps4 vr camera its in the shelf and it was locked he ask me to wait till he finishe from th customer after long time he didn't respecte me and ask to stay in the line again very bad experience with this nice store i think you need to choose a good stuff that give attention and respect people

This happened twice, I didnt catch it the first time but the second time i got extremely upset, usually all gamestops ask you nicely if you would want the warranty on the game which sometimes i do but sometimes i don't but this gamestop doesn't ask you, they just secretly charge you the warranty and after you paid they would say you have the warranty, I would write a huge complain in the feed back but I lost my receipts. What a huge scam!!
