The customer service in this place is truly disgusting. I wish I could leave less than one star. Once they discover you don’t speak Spanish, they literally walk off…not to get someone else to help, but because they just can’t be bothered with you. Sadly, this has happened more than once, so it’s clearly how they operate. I understand that we are in Miami and 70 percent of the population is Hispanic, but the other 30 percent of the population is also sent here to buy uniforms for our children so it would be nice to be treated with a modicum of decency. I post this, not expecting anything to change. I have been to this store enough times to keep my expectations low. It is just unfortunate that parents are forced to shop at a store where the employees are so rude.

Awful, had to review. They run out and don’t have uniforms! I found plenty of the same plain sweaters they sell in almost every store, I wonder why they can’t. It’s not rocket science. How can you NOT HAVE UNIFORMS AVAILABLE AT A UNIFORM STORE. Very lazy staff, especially the manager. Instead of them calling you when it’s back in stock they want you to repeatedly call everyday to see when THEY feel like having some back in stock. The act like asking them to help look for a size is not their job. This place needs to be sold and bought by new management. People who really care and WANT to sell informs, especially for kids!

Terrible service by everyone in that store. We made an appointment and when we walked in and said that we had an appointment, the lady in the front told us to help ourselves as the store was full and everyone was busy, don’t understand the point of making an appointment. We looked for everything ourselves with no one available to help. We wanted to try the uniforms on my daughter but the line in the dressing rooms didn’t move in the whole 20 minutes we stood there. Finally made our way to pay, and the cashier was extremely rude and not helpful at all when we asked about the school bows. She threw all the uniform shirts, pants, socks, bows and skirts in the bag in one big mess and threw the receipt at us, we literally had to pick up the receipt from the floor. I don’t understand why have staff that are so miserable and obviously hate their job. I wish I could purchase the uniforms at any other store but this one.

They don't open on Sundays ... and they don't answer the phone either, I left a sweater for more than two weeks for the badge, they agreed to send me a text message and they never did until I went to the store ... Customer is happy or not ... how do you pay for the item and you can't return it, just change it, they don't care about anything.
