Manager “JuanCarlos” or “Gian-Carlo” .. very unprofessional & rude. Claims he is a manager but doesn’t know simple company policy. Very disrespectful individual. Gave me a super hard time returning an item purchased not even 24 hours ago due to a duplicate order. Called corporate & was assured item could be returned & they where confused as to why he wasn’t cooperating. It’s apparent this guy makes his own rules for his store. Called and filed a complaint & took to another local GameStop for a full refund with no issue. Replace this guy ASAP. Imagine how many others have had trouble in the past.

Love this GameStop the guys here (and girls) really know their stuff; they're good with the games, they know about the system's, they know all of the latest news and they're personable, charming and always polite. Another thing that I really like about this GameStop is every time I come in here someone always greets me and tells me what the specials of the day are. And that's why I spent $150 today. Great job folks!
