Love this place. Quiet little nook hidden from the hussle of the coast. The staff is very accommodating and will treat you like family. Overnight, weekends or a more lengthy stay you'll find something worth your time.

So in and talk with Shannon and find some of the best homemade candy and a little bit of neighborly love 💕. Great people love the views and the drive up ortega highway. Thanks Shannon maybe we'll cross paths again soon!

Moved here in March. This place is your own little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. You can actually see the stars due to hardly any light pollution. The staff has gotten better and everything is running smoothly. There are a few trailheads all around the property. Camping is also nice here, there is a large area for group camping. Alas, this review wouldn't be complete with mentioning the Candy Store. I am not a big fan of candy, however the homemade pies and sweets are delectable. The take me back to my grandma's home cooking.

This park had great neighbors. What they don't tell you until after you move in is there is dangerous amounts of uranium, arsenic, and nitrates IN THE WATER SUPPLY. You cannot drink the water, or use it for cooking. I didn't like using it to shower but I had no choice. You have to buy water for cooking, and drinking. Which you have to buy down the mountain if you don't want to be charged an arm and a leg. Sure trailers are cheap but it's not worth the health risk. Additional there are bark beetles that eat the inside of the trees hallow, which they do not cut down in time. Property has had trees fall down onto them almost injuring tenants.

Depends on the size of your group. Best to call them. The RVs and cabins that you see there are long term residents.
