Victorias secret is closest to Macy's and the food court entrances. Yes, you can purchase any amount of gift cards for any amount but your gift recipient will not have fun paying for her items with 40-$1 gift cards bc she will have to swipe them in the machine 40 times (customers swipe gift cards for payment, not cashier) but still cute idea and if she wouldn't mind... Do it.
