Customer service wasn't provided as staff in the women's beauty department were to busy talking amongst themselves. Also an middle aged island female with burgundy hair was extremely rude and unprofessional with customers because it was almost closing time. I told her I was going to my vehicle, because I didn't want to hear her flippant mouth while leaving the mall; she could benefit from some etiquette courses.

Visited here on vacation. Ladies shoe department is fantastic. I only wish there was a Dillards in my state.
