While I was at Plato’s Closet, I was very thrilled with the service and the way I was treated respectfully. Specifically, Jermey rang me up and was a very polite young man. I will certainly be coming back, hopefully to see Jeremy again LOL.

As a shopper, go here!! All the items on sale are cute and trendy. They have forever 21, Zara, H&M, shein, and more.. some still with the tag on it. I love shopping here and the prices are lower than the mall prices. But as a person who brings in clothes for money I wouldn’t suggest bringing too much as they don’t take many items. But I really like the selection of clothing that they have out :)

There are absolutely no mens size 8-9 shoes on shelves. They offered me $10 for a pair of brand new doc marten boots and brand new converse and they rejected all my other shoes that were all absolutely fine for resale. I usually like this place but why would you turn away free money like that? Makes no sense

I took a bag of nice very clean clothes and shoes to sell, and they kept 4 items of clothing and gave me $13.47. I was told that my things have old tags, meaning old designers and nothing that teenagers would like. Well excuse me! I didn't realize that the store only catered to teenagers. If that's the case there is no need for adults to even go in there. After all most teenagers do their own shopping. The prices are too high for a used clothing store. You can go to Salvation Army and Goodwill and spend less than half the price they are charging. Women In Distress and Salvation Army even have 50% off everything on Wednesdays. Plato's Closet is a rip off, getting regular store prices for your used clothes. They have some nerve acting like they are Macy's.

Hi. Yes, you have 7 days to make change or a store credit. With your receipt and labels on please
Yes, we check everything to see if it meets our requirement of brand, style and condition and pass on things that we believe won't sell well in our store As a general rule, for things we can buy we pay approximately 30-40% of our selling price.
Yes, we buy them if they are current labels (bought within last 12-18 months) and are in good, ready to wear condition.
You'll get more if it's in the bag however if you have the receipt take it back to the store otherwise the only way to find out is to go there
Good morning. We buy clothes Monday-Saturday from 10:00 until 6:00 and Sunday from 12:00 until 4:00. We buy name brands, popular with teens and young adults that meet our inventory needs and experience shows will sell well in our store. Clothes/accessories should be clean and in ready to wear condition. We are purchasing clothes purchased in mall stores within the last 12-18 months and will pass on older labels. We are buying tee shirts, jeans, sneakers/shoes/boots/sandals, handbags and accessories and clothes for guys. We hope that this information helps!
