Very pleased with Heather and our hearing aids. Would highly recommend this facility. Heather is very professional, knows her "stuff" and is friendly and willing to answer any questions. She fully explains what various hearing tests are for and then explains things in a manner that is easy to understand as it relates to one's hearing ability and how and why to improve it. I feel confident in using this facility. Their products are very up-to-date and offer help for those in need of improving their hearing. Don't wait too long if you have a hearing loss....it likely isn't going to improve on its own. Yes, hearing aids aren't "cheap." How valuable is your hearing to you and others?

Super happy with this office. Took my MIL there as a new client yesterday. She had purchased new hearing aids in 2020 before moving to Palm Coast and never had them cleaned or serviced since. Dr Alvarez was wonderful. She took the time to understand and explained everything so clearly. The rest of the staff was also wonderful and booking the appointment was as easy as it gets. I would highly recommend.

Questions & Answers

I'm 75 years young. I have just Medicare. How much cost just exam? Thank you.

Hello! If you have Medicare and no secondary or supplemental the exam is covered at 80%, which would mean a 20% co-pay (between $18-$58 depending on the testing deemed necessary by the doctor). If you have a secondary or supplement, there is no out-of-pocket cost for you. We will always tell you ahead of time what the cost will be so you can decide. We look forward to helping you!

All types but Siemens is the absolute best. Expensive but definitely worth it. New design is excellent!
