My daughter dropped off a pkg with a prepaid label. Tried to track pkg 3 days later and it wasn't showing that it had been scanned in. Called and was told it was not their responsibility, to call USPS even though USPS doesn't have a record of picking it up there. I asked her to please review the cameras and she said if she handed it to us, we gave her a receipt. I then asked just to have the owner call me and she told me she didn't know when she would be back and hung up on me.

Went there to scan and email important documents they are very pricey, also to mailed the same documents overnight for a lot of money by fed-ex, the documents was delayed one day, very disappointed with FedEx service, I was supposed to have a refund because of the delayed mail, i went there two times to check on my refund i was told it will take two weeks it has been a month still no refund not a good service.
