Let me just say this place is very ran down with hardly any people inside, the pizza is pizza there is nothing to amazing about it. One of the servers made a snarky comment about an old person discount towards my dad, which he did not appreciate. The server was the main reason I took stars off due to rudeness and lack of help.

I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and asked for mushrooms on half. I was charged for the extra topping but there was hardly any mushrooms at all. I felt I should have had a full amount of the extra topping applied to the half. Everything else in my order was ok

Getting the order correct would help. And when i call back about my incorrect order, dont just tell me you have a new person and he made a mistake. Offer to replace what was forgotten on the order, or at the very least apologize and do anything to show you care. Also, the male workers need to learn customer service. They accused my son of not having an order, then when it was found, the box was shoved across the counter at him and he had to grab for it. So rude
