I had to downgrade from 5 stars four years ago to 3 stars today. The wait is unreasonable. The staff is usually friendly but extremely uninformed. The bathrooms are not always clean. The pizza is not up to par with other Casey's I visit regularly. It has somewhat gone downhill. I still go there for the convenience when I need something in Beloit. I like that they are open until midnight. . .
