I came in on a Friday afternoon and the cashiers seem to be occupied with a situations with a customer with their transaction. They did not acknowledge me nor looked at me when they were ringing me up. Cashier just grabbed the stuff from my hand when I had a question on the item. First impression wad bad so far.

The lady behind the counter was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We wanted to buy a sandwich to eat later on in the day. She put the wet ingredients into separate ziplock bags so that we could add them when we wanted to eat the sandwich and so that they wouldn't make the bread soggy. We also bought some delicious bread that is made freshly on site every day. This place is awesome; you can eat in or have take out. They also make really good soup. I highly recommend this place. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth the extra money.

I recently had a less-than-ideal experience here and contacted the manager about it. Ron reached out personally and more than made up for it. I love the dog washing area and the dog food/treat selection. They have won my loyalty and I will make this my go-to place for pet supplies. They also carry some of my favorite pellet smoker supplies!
