As a Doordash driver, it’s not worth picking up these orders. I drove almost 5 miles for only $3.25 and no tip!! Sorry Pizza Hut but you’re going on my “do not pick up” list 🤷🏻‍♀️ This isn’t personal against the establishment, but they are using Doordash drivers for their deliveries and the customers don’t even know it!!

I went to pizza hut tonight in greer sc and I had placed my order online. They were slammed and only had two girls working. They were overwhelmed and had some Karen complaining about everything but those girls rocked it! They never once were rude to anyone and my order still came out great! They deserve more than they probably get!

No one looked like they wanted to be there. Another customer gave the girl at the counter and she didn’t even acknowledge it. My order was left sitting on a counter for 15 minutes after it was already boxed up and I was standing there waiting the entire time. The food was not hot enough when I eventually got it. The restaurant has a sign to call for curbside delivery but the phone rang a dozen times or more and was never answered. People came inside to order and pick up so the counter got crowded. It reminded me of why this is the first time in years that I got pizza here. I’m sorry if the employees morale was low, but I just felt the whole experience was less than ideal. The pizza tasted good and was cooked properly. The Cinnabon mini rolls were undercooked.

I ordered the triple treat box and when opening my boxes our cinnamon rolls looked like this. Yuck The door was sticky the roles were halfway done. Called the store and let them know what was going on. I was told I can get credit or they could remake my cinnamon rolls and they would be deliver in 40 minutes! No apologies or nothing. Terrible customer service!!
