The maintenance ticket system is poor. We’ve dealt with heater problems and currently no AC for about 2 weeks now with a one year old in the house. Calls and emails have been submitted but no luck.

1st of all I want to thank Dixie the Leasing Agent at Wheatland Hills. I'm a Veteran and Retired with a Service Animal. Once I applied online , she got back to me very quickly. Told her my situation and she had a place within a week for me. Plus being a Veteran, Wheatland Hills gives you a discount. I moved in and had a few little things that need done and within 48 hours it was resolved. I want to thank the Maintenance Department also. 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐

Living here for another year was a bad decision. The apartment complex can’t keep a maintenance person on deck to do their job properly. Their communication is terrible. Management yet again does not help the situation. They claim they understand and they are doing everything but all they do is send someone to put a “bandaide” on the problem. This will be two weeks now that I have NO HEAT!!! I’m frustrated with everyone and is I am getting sick because of this. I have talked to management and was told there are other people who has not had heat for a week. As if that is my problem and suppose to help my situation. It just proves my point that this complex does not care. They get to you when they feel like it when you have an emergency. I will not be renewing my lease. I’m disappointed that they convince you to move in and then when you have all these problems pop up it’s an “us” Problem. Word of advice do not move to wheatland hills and move else where. Your money is better off somewhere that has heat in the winter and Air Conditioning in the Summer.

I moved in about a month ago. The place on the surface looked neat and clean. When I did my own cleaning moving in it was beyond disgusting. The stove was full of grease and old crumbs. I had to move the washer&dryer, stove and fridge to find things that were inhumane. Took me a good 3 hours to clean behind the stove and fridge also filled 3 bags with all the clothes found behind the w&d. When they show the apartment they will brag about their cleaning crew but be aware there's a chance there is no cleaning crew. Also, the maintenance crew won't clean after themselves. For instance they just came in to do work in dryer and left a whole mess behind and around the dryer right when I had clean their mess a month ago moving in.This is not the first time it has happened in this month either. The office will apologize but won't offer solutions or try to make it better. Also, the gym- there is only one machine that works properly and is the weights machine. My husband is very disappointed and it's sad because we were really looking forward to our move here. Hope things change for the better.

I guess. You'll have to call and ask. I wouldn't recommend living there. Check Castleton or village or rivermoor if your looking at a town home. Wheatland is a joke. Hope this helps.
