This place rocks, great environment to learn the basics or master the arts.( 0 MMA exsperience) In the area for about a week texted Sean and showed up to whatever class I was interested in he set me up for the week for next to nothing and gave me some wrist wraps for free. Definitely would stick with this gym if I stayed in the area great team energy and attitude. stop making excuses and trust the process this place will make U a beast!!!

My niece has been training with Sean now for over a year. I have watched her and watched her train. Sean is a great trainer and tough and you understand why when you see these ones compete. Anyway I have also seen people train in there this is a great gym and I highly recommend it. I would be a member myself if I didn’t live in San Diego. But my brothers whole family goes here and it is amazing plus everyone is so nice as well.😊
