Disrespectful management! Yelling at employees as if you're stuck in the toilet with no paper. Lady, I hope you see this, listen to me please...if u don't want complains, improve your customer service skills. Yelling at employees and customers...will get you a lengthy complain and nothing else. Fix that attitude; do urself a favor and get some anger management advice, or another job that doesn't requiere you to deal with ppl.

I am seriously disappointed with this mcdonalds, this isn't just a troll comment... they seriously said they had given me my cones I asked for when they had NOT. I clearly heard them say in the kitchen "everything was sent tell them to stop bit*hing. I cannot believe the disrespect to a paying customer who was not impolite at all. will NOT be going back

Really annoyed I cant ride my bike through to grab a milkshake after I clock out from work at 10pm. They could make more money if only they allowed that. Or could I just walk through the drive thru. Or could they leave the front door open and tell me not to sit anywhere. Like during 2020 covid season.

The slowest McDonald's I have ever seen. With an almost empty hall, you can expect your order for 20-30 minutes. There are people who are obviously not good at their jobs. And it's been a long time. I don't know where the owner is looking.

This store is not a 24hr store. Closes at dining room closes at 10pm, drive through at 11pm

That's how employees are trained to give out. That's why you should tell them how many packets you need or want. Like 8, 10, 12 otherwise you will always get what their managers policy is. They do this because of food cost $$
