Suzan was one of the most miserable interactions I have had with a person in a hot minute. I was there to drop off some rented equipment a process that takes them 2 minutes and me just dropping and signing a receipt. The tablet and their system for creating an appointment was broken, and it was unable to "issue a ticket" suzan having no knowledge of how their computer system works insists it does not issue tickets and begins to raise her voice to me, I wait for another employee to be available who is very polite and a joy to work with. Another customer behind me has the same issue and tries to explain how the tablet is actually broken to whom Suzan is again rude to and then ignored the situation instead of apologizing. You should have a conversation with her about not yelling at customers when their system is broken and she doesn't believe anyone.

I couldn't figure out how to make a reservation either... Then I went into the app... (I'm already a customer) and I did manage to find it... So I suggest if you are a customer... Fiddle around in the app... And a reservation for Millbury is HIGHLY recommended... I've gone twice without appt.... Once on a Saturday I waited over an hour then realized they closed in a half hour and still 4 people before me... Next time was a Monday around noon... Took over an hour and a half... Watch the board I almost got skipped over because someone with an appointment showed up when I was finally number 1.... Their name went above mine and I almost ended up skipped until I almost lost it to an employee.... He did take me... But rushed us and we didn't do all the things we wanted... We only swapped equipment... He wouldn't help with our phones at the same time.... So... We have an appointment this time
