Walking out of the urgent care and I had to share my experience. Everyone I walked passed and spoke to were pleasant. The young lady at the desk the nurse the Dr. And the ladies at the desk when I left. I was In and out in 40 mins. Even with the quick turn around I felt like I was listened to and the reason for my visit was addressed. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment and they were right on time. Couldn’t have been a nicer visit!

I was able to get in and be seen within 15 minutes. The receptionist as well as the medical team was courteous, paid attention to my needs, listened to me and explained everything in detail including my care for when I was discharged home. It was clean and the staff made sure masks are worn.

I went to this urgent care and asked to be seen. There was no one there but another lady. I was denied to be seen after I find out It was walk in hours. The lady at the front desk told me I would have to wait 9 hours which I found out was a lie. The nurses were sitting around laughing and talking with absolutely nothing to do. They are turning sick people away that needs help. I will never go to them again. I asked to speak to a supervisor to no avail. They take lives for a joke unless Im sure one of their loved ones. Stay away from this unprofessional facility.
