I recently had a house fire. Then the motor blew up. I bought a car from here. Then when i bought it they sais it only needed a tune up and a muffler, both things my husband could fix. After fixing those it still ran horribly then i even put 80 dollars in gas in in 1 night. I then called the sales person who said the shop would call me to make an appointment. He also informed me that they would push the first payment back because of the problems. Well they then decided to reposses my car and wouldntlet me make the payment. I also had 3 calipers blow up because of the running problem

UPDATE!!!!! THEY'RE NOW WORKING WITH A CREDITOR TO GET $4471.33 FROM ME FOR THE VEHICLE THEY REPOSSESSED WITHOUT ME MISSING A SINGLE PAYMENT...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! I wasn't behind on my payments at all.got vehicle 2/1/2015, wasn't driveable after 3/15/2015. My head gasket blew after my water pump went out due to a busted cooling fan...had been busted for quite some time before I purchased vehicle. I replaced water pump and thermostat ($400) a week ago but then discovered the head was blown. they drove to Fargo north Dakota after telling me they were going to send a mechanic out just to come repo the vehicle between 1am-8am. I had my child's belongings in the vehicle as well. They told me I didn't tell them I was moving to north Dakota but I got permission from Scotty in council bluffs, he updated my address and everything and they're Still saying I never told them. The vehicle needs a new engine and they still drove 6 hours to repo it...I had 100℅ cooperation with them, even told them they could come get it...but the cowards lied, said they were sending out a mechanic, took the vehicle and stole my belongings out of it even though I NEVER missed a payment. DO NOT BUY A RED 2000 FORD EXPLORER FROM THEM!!!! UNLESS THEY PUT A NEW ENGINE IN IT
