I travel a lot and of all the gyms I've been to I like this one the best. The decor looks a bit dated, but this gym is by far and away the most conducive for actually getting a good workout in. There is plenty of equipment and I never feel like there are too many other people to lift. They have all the equipment I could want. There are also some nice flexible spaces for making your own little circuit. There are also some nice conveniences like lockers with locks you don't have to pay extra for. I love love love this gym. It's a little more expensive than I usually pay, but it's worth every penny. If you're serious about working out it's the way to go.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this gym. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well set up. There is a women's only area in addition to the main floor of weight machines. The cardio machines are always in good repair, there are lots to choose from and there are four large screen TVs with sound available at each machine via headphones. There is even a small boxing area. Great facilities, excellent staff.
