Makes it hard for senior citizens and on a fixed income to get a card if you just live outside the city limits.

This is a very good library. Much better than I expected for a city this size. Good book selection, well marked, and very up to date. Lots of video selections, not just entertainment but instructional as well. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Liberal renewal policies for us slow pokes who need a little extra time.
