Don’t go to Sally’s. My hairs falling out because they told me to bleach my hair 4 times in a row!! I’m beyond irrate!!!

My hair burned off, after they gave me the "right stuff" And I asked them if I can trust it, and if my hair will fall out. The lady touched my hair and said it was color stripper, when it was bleach. I would rather spend the money to go get it done. This has happened 2 times just to me.
