I am writing this review from Vienna, Austria. My American husband and I just became new homeowners as of yesterday. Our hero in the entire ordeal was our realtor, Gina Evenich. She fought for us and stood by us every moment through what was a very stressful and frustrating four-month process. Many times we wanted to give up. It was an absolute nightmare; the money transfers, the lenders and many other obstacles which we had to face and overcome. Gina championed our cause, continually lifting our spirits and encouraging us to continue. The previous owners were also great and accomodating. I can only say, for anybody wanting to relocate to the U.S., Gina is the go-to person. She proved herself to be trustworthy, fair, and an all-round wonderful person in all aspects. Her dedication is hard to find in these times. Thank you so much, Gina

On multiple occasions tried to contact the company about issues with the property we rented....no response....rent ended up being almost $250 more than the advertised price. House was advertised as "move in ready" but a broken gas heater, loose floorboards, collapsing ceiling, and a hole in the floor of the closet made it clear that was certainly not the case. Took 1/2 of the deposit to "clean" but immediately turned around and sold the house for a mortgage price almost $100 lower than the ORIGINAL posted rent amount. Not surprised, C21 is a bit fishy anywhere you go. But then again so is just about any rental company. They have to get their money somehow I guess. Bottom line: proceed with caution 🤷♂️

So far I've had a good experience renting from Century 21. I also like that their website allows me to pay my rent online. I also appreciate that they have a form you can fill out on their website in order to do maintenance requests. I have actually needed to use their maintenance services three or four times since I've moved here for various small items. I usually get a response Within one to two weeks and and usually they up here to do the repair within one to two days after that. Although one time I did have them call me back the date same day I made the maintenance request.
