I had my oil changed at this Mr. Tire location last Saturday. As soon as I left afterwards, my car made a terrible noise when I pressed the accelerator. When I called to let them know, they said they were too busy and I would have to schedule a service appointment. I took it to the Honda dealer and, after paying an evaluation fee, I was told that the air filter was never put back in after the Mr. Tire oil change. I called Mr. Tire to let them know and they offered nothing - not even a replacement air filter. I will NEVER go back. I expect to be treated fairly, and this was NOT fair. I have a lifetime warranty a on my tires with Mr. Tire, but I will never go back to this location.

WARRANTY SCAM This place is pushy and unprofessional. Do NOT buy the lifetime warranty for the tires they sell you. Its a lie. Honestly i would never get any work done here. The employees don't care about you or your car. They are rude. They just care about scamming you into buying things. They have been reported to the BBB numerous times and have a 1 out of 5 rating. 1. My husband called to get a quote for replacement of his tires. He was told "$120 per tire". Sounded great (too good to be true apparently). Went in, had his tires replaced. Went to check out and all of a sudden they are now $300 per tire. "Oh well 120 per tire is if you have the lifetime warranty". Now telling us this AFTER they have switched out the tires. So we do the warranty bc it sounds good at surface value. No one explains anything further about the warranty. First mistake. 2. "Fix you flat under warranty" We have a flat. We think thank goodness we have the warranty with Mr. Tire. We bring it in to be fixed, and low and behold they won't fix the tire under warranty. So we buy a new tire... FYI they will basically only plug small holes in tires. If you need a new tire, they aren't giving it to you. 3. "Free alignments" bring the car in to have the tires rotated and aligned.... Not free unless you have it done every 5k miles, which no one tells you ahead of time. ****they also will NOT honor your tire warranty for any other reason unless you have been having them rotated every 5k miles AND have proof with receipts**** and according to others reviews, won't honor the warranty even if you have the proof. Ultimately it is our fault for putting blind trust in this company. I hope that this review can help others that have been scammed into getting the warranty to know what they need to do to qualify for the "free" things that are promised. Others, don't buy it.

They way all the man greeted and spoke to all genders and racists really made me wanna give a review even more. I only waited about an hour considering I just called & got penciled in & they were getting packed, but they just have good prices & ppl who care about your auto needs! They DO IT ALL!

Tried to charge me for my free tire rotation when I asked for my receipt. I thought he was joking, he was not. I mean it's only necessary to document they were rotated so I don't void the warranty. They should know this.
