I was driving my car so could not order online. I tried calling this store multiple times and either got hung up on or put on hold for almost 10 minutes, then got hung up on. I get there and can see at least six staff members milling about. I poke my head in the door to ask if they have any "Hot and Ready" pizzas; I get ignored. I went in the store and stood at the counter for several minutes and got ignored. I finally get someone's attention, and no, they do not have any pizza. Pathetic customer service.

Need to take the pizza cutters to be sharpened.The thinnest crust they make and the cheese is barely cut didn't even have marks in the crust.

Mr. Anderson here at this location is a great guy, full of hospitality. Helped me get my food and made sure I was fed for the night, no questions asked. Thank you very much, guy!

If you want to get an idea of how important customer feedback is to a business, read the reviews to see if the business responds to its customers. Yeah, not gonna happen here. I called the store last night to let them know the app was not allowing online orders...when the worker picked up, they said "We are taking walk-in and online orders only" and hung up. Didn't even give me the chance. I called right back and told her that she may get away with that with other customers, but not me. She said, "I have all new employees." I said, "that is not an excuse to hang up on customers without asking them any questions, see why they are calling, etc". It's always something with this place, whether it's their new policy of not answering the phone after 9 when they close at 10, etc. NEVER AGAIN. Xavier makes a good pizza, so there's that...
