The service was great! Burgers are a 6 out of 10 for me. But the drinks from the bar... 0 out of 10. I try different drinks every time I go which is about once or twice a month and they are never good. Always watered down with funny tastes. I had to use the restroom and when I tell you the sewage smell actually made me throw up my food... I knew it was sewage because the sink water smelled the same way. I may return but I will be careful...

Went here tonight with my husband and overall was a very bad experience. When we got here there was a line of people with no one helping us for at least two minutes. When we got sat we ordered and the waitress seemed annoyed with us. When we got our food the fries were overcooked and cold and my blue and black burger was not good at all. I couldn't even taste the blue cheese at all. My husband's chicken sandwich was great but his fries were worse then mine. He LOVES fries (and is not picky) but he refused to eat them because they were not worth the calories. After about ten minutes without service at all we decided to order our dessert into the Zeiosk. When she brought us our dessert we had to ask for a drink refill (we hadn't got any yet) and this was met with a sigh and a reluctant refill. When she brought them she told us "when your ready, you pay here" and we didn't see her again. We work in a restaurant so we are very understanding but this was just not good service or food quality. Disappointed...

First the atmosphere- During Covid this has been one of the best restaurants. Hostess (which I think was the manager) told us it would be a minute as they were sanitizing table. She walked us to table and said it should dry in 30 seconds. They also use plastic utensils in plastic bag. Condiments aren’t on table they come in sealed ramekin with your food. Every employee had on a mask pulled over nose. So if you’re like me and get annoyed by how some restaurants don’t care - this is the place for you! Now on to the food. We ordered, there were five of us and everyone got their meal except myself. The manager came around soon after and asked how things were and noticed I didn’t have mine. She went to check. Then right after the server came back and said she would check also. The manager came back and said my meal would be on the house and it was being remade immediately. Not sure what happened there but I wasn’t complaining at all but was very nice way for her to handle it. Got my meal all was fine and she came back again to make sure all was good. Excellent customer service from her and the server. I got clucks and shrimp. It was decent. The chicken did taste a little like frozen chicken fingers. The shrimp was good. My husband got fish and shrimp. Fish looked amazing. He liked it. My daughter got a burger. Her boyfriend got fish and chips. Here’s the most amazing part. My 8 year old grandson got a kids burger. He has never eaten a whole burger in a restaurant. He only will eat garbage from McDonald’s or Burger King. He LOVED this burger. Finished the whole burger and next day asked to go back that the burger was “sooooo good”. I was stunned lol. Overall wonderful experience and we’ll definitely be back. It’s not about having a hiccup it’s how you handle it. They did an awesome job making sure we were all satisfied.
