Sat in line for 15 minutes. When we got to the intercom the worker says "we are closed". This is before closing time. He said it was due to a lack of workers but no one was courteous enough to inform those in the line.

I’m not sure if I should be the one to blame, but more often than not my order is incorrect. I’ve become accustomed to triple checking my food when I receive it. This most recent time I asked for a simple egg and cheese biscuit combo. The bag contained a biscuit with the ticket item listed as “ add American cheese”, so it was just a biscuit with cheese added... No hash brown either. I go here for breakfast because traditionally the food is decent, quick, and a decent price (plus the line is way shorter than Chik-Fil-A)…

I love McDonald's, but yesterday I almost pulled off leaving my paid for order. All because the young man who was suppose to be training was left by himself at the beginning of evening peak hour... Smh!!! Poor young Man.. He took it in stride tho.... Proud of that...

Love this newly remodeled McDonald’s in the White Oak Plaza in Garner. It has a really fun and comfortable design. I went there for coffee and a biscuit this morning and they got everything right. The iced coffee was exactly how it should be & the biscuit was baked perfectly. The bacon was also nice and crispy. No complaints. Fast and friendly service. Will definitely go back there soon.
