Went to see Top Gun (first movie in over a year). Purchased our tickets in advance so seat selection was good. Comfortable. Concession at this location is terrible. Received our drinks with No ice- exactly what I would want is a warm soda- yuck. Popcorn was fine. The restrooms were filthy and the ladies restroom only had toilet paper in two stalls out of 8-9… on a holiday weekend. We will just drive somewhere better next time.

This should not be called a dine-in theater anymore. Concessions are ordered at the bar before the movie. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes in a single line to place your order at the bar. There was one person taking all the orders, putting them in the computer, and taking payment. Getting refills used to be easy, but now you have to get up and walk out to the bar, wait in line again, and you realize it's no longer worth it. AMC perks are all but useless waiting in 20 minute lines for concessions. My order was written on the back of receipt paper, so you can forget about adding points, orders, whatever to your AMC perks. This information is not posted anywhere online when ordering tickets. There is a premium attached to a dine-in theater for this reason. It no longer makes sense to go to this theater. For the cost of tickets and only popcorn, you can buy the movie digitally several times over and keep it. I can't see how this business is viable at all after my visit.

I love coming here to watch movies and eat popcorn. I have watched many great movies here and love their reclining seats.

My wife and I go to the movies twice a month to various locations playing the movie we want to see at the time we need. I can say with all honesty this is by far the worst theater in the greater Raleigh area. We enter the building and walk or to a counter with 4 people standing behind monitors just looking at us because nobody was in line. We try to buy our tickets there and they point to a kiosk to purchase tickets. Mind you there are 8 workers in this room doing nothing. So we get the tickets from the kiosk and go right back over to the people doing nothing behind the counter to order snacks. We pay them and they tell us it will be delivered. (You can't even hand me the soda?) The popcorn was poor quality. They use generic orange powder salt. You are not allowed to butter and salt your own popcorn in the lobby like every other theater in the country. Instead they deliver the popcorn,salt and butter in tubs to your seat 20 minutes later so you can apply the butter and salt in the dark. Not to mention they charge you a $1 delivery fee for this inconvenience. The seats are not heated like the other AMC theatres. The $16 popcorn and coke came with a nasty paper straw. I will never go here again and I live in Holly Springs.
