Notice all of the poor customer service given to women. This was the most highly unacceptable service my family has ever had and we've been to some really really horrible places. We will never be back to this location. My 16-year-old daughter left in tears. She took her car in there and was told it to be 30 to 45 minutes for oil change and inspection. After an hour and a half they come out to say they can't do the oil change but they had forgotten the inspection. She had away an additional 30 minutes for the inspection.People behind her were put in front of her and she was literally the last one there when she left.

Paid for an oil change and tire rotation and when I came back they told me they wouldn’t do a tire rotation because I have aftermarket wheels. Didn’t lower the price just offered to do a tire rotation on a vehicle that doesn’t have aftermarket wheels. Won’t be back here if they can’t do a simple job like rotate tires.

Very helpful team and quick service! I don’t feel like I am being sold services that I don’t need and they do a great job of explaining what services my vehicle needs and why, so can make a more informed decision. For routine car maintenance I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube.
