This place is the bomb - after I called them with the story of how Dominos corporate tried to absolutely SCREW me over with not making a delivery insurance benefit available, the associate who helped me - James - was kind, patient, and immediately picked up the slack where corporate couldn't even be bothered. Y'all be nice to this place - a shortage of help on hand + rising gas prices makes it a stressful time for us all. It's PIZZA, y'all, not heart surgery. Some of y'all got no sense stressing out these workers. Anyway, please continue to give this place your money (well, give the local spots your money first, but you KNOW that the Dominos on Main is going to hook y'all up when those others spots can't)

It was only one lady working on the inside and she was hustling but the food took longer then expected am I employees had to wait an extra 25 minutes for lunch. Other than that this Domino's has always been good

I was disappointed on Friday when I received these two pizzas. The one on the left was the first one I ordered online and received under room temperature like someone had reheated the pizza I called about my complaint and was told that it will be done over. I accepted the apology and waited for the new pizza to come which took another 45 mins at the most . I am regular customer who ALWAYS order online from the same store I never switch up or I will come to the store if I’m out but still order online. I was disappointed again about the second pizza as well which could have been better

It’s worse than the reviews indicate. We placed a delivery order an hour and a half ago. After 17 minutes it said it had been prepared and was en route for delivery. We live half a mile away and would ordinarily walk but it’s freezing outside. After spending 20 minutes on the phone listening to recording after recording, a member of our party goes to the establishment. It’s open. He can see dozens of boxes waiting to be delivered. The associates refuse to answer the door or phone — they’ll probably claim covid — but at this point we just want assurance that we’ll receive a refund because it’s clear we will not be eating pizza tonight. Nor will we ever order from this Domino’s again. Do yourself a favor and have an apple and popcorn instead.

Yes you must meet then outside. Now you can see if they would bring a patient food to the room as they only have a short time to sit at the door
I would definitely speak to a manager or supervisor. The $2 credit was a joke. You shouldn't have paid for anything else from that point on.
