This time I had to jump in really quick somewhere where the bathroom cuz I was having some explosive diarrhea I ate some fajitas and I had a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches a couple of hours before so in my stomach they met and they didn't like each other. Point is I was able to go in here, I didn't have to wait, it works good, they had enough toilet paper, win win.

i love the pick up option because i don’t have time currently to do a shopping trip. it’s so helpful. yet, this is the third week in a row my order has been delayed over three hours with no word if it’s canceled or what.. i sit and wait just to go to the store myself which i would’ve done hours earlier had i known. they need to limit the number of orders placed so the poor staff can keep up.

Worst store that I have ever been to! Situated in an unsafe neighborhood, and the entire mart is filthy and unorganized. The staff who’s handling the carts literally hit me with the cart and stared at me as if I was the one who wrongfully stood on his way. The cashier took years in checking out our items and any food there can easily make people sick.

I have a negative experience with the employees every time I come to this store. I always try to be the nicest I can to everyone, and I have sympathy for those in retail because I’ve worked retail/customer service for 5+ years so I know how rude customers can be. I guess today just took the icing off the cake. I found board books for my one year old in the clearance section. The sign clearly says the price will be taken down 50% at the register. That’s awesome! I don’t get to buy my baby books enough because they’re so expensive so I found some I wanted and brought them to the register. The cashier said that they were full price and left overs from Halloween- which didn’t make any sense. I assured her that they were in the Valentines clearance bins and that there were multiple of the same book there. She said there wasn’t anything she could do, and that it was full price or I wasn’t getting them. So I went to customer services after that transaction to see if they could honor their signage. The SAME cashier followed me over to customer services and “helped “ me by telling me the same thing, and acted like I was burdening her. Very disappointed. I don’t know how it would hurt Walmart by honoring their own clearance signs. Taking $4 off two books wouldn’t hurt Walmart at all, but it would have meant the world to my daughter and I. I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible now or drive a little bit further to go to a better one.
