If possible, I would put zero stars. My daughter toured and loved the place. The plan was for herself and a roommate to live there. My daughter is 23 years old, her roommate is 19 years old. She was told multiple times there were no age restrictions. We were never told someone under 21 could not live in the apartment complex without their legal guardian and/or a parent living there. We paid the $200 application fee, and our application was pre-approved. We now have been informed that the roommate cannot live in the apartment. I understand rules and restrictions. The issue is we asked and were given false information many times, and no one seemed able to intelligently communicate the policies in place. We asked the question of multiple people, multiple times and if even one person had stated the restriction we have never moved forward and submitted the application. We are now out $200 and 927 West Morgan’s management will not refund any of the fee. Beware before you move forward with this apartment complex.

Chronic issue with people's packages going missing and/or getting stolen. Currently missing a very valuable package that I am unable to locate. There is a terrible system in place for packages. I have to wander to several different mail rooms to find my packages (if they haven't been stolen by then). This problem has been brought up to management countless times in the three years that I have lived here and it the problem is somehow getting worse.

So many issues with our stay at 927, where do I start. First of all, safety is not their #1 concern there, as a homeless person lived here in one of the community rooms (without anyone's knowledge) and robbed our apartment in the first 2 months. Did I mention they don't have cameras on site to help Raleigh PD identify who robbed your apartment? Second, management does not care if you feel you aren't safe living there and won't work with you to end your lease without having to pay lots of money. Third, unless you want to get shot by a stray bullet in your own room, which almost happened since there has been multiple shootings in the club's parking lot next to the apartment complex, I'd advise you not to live here. Finally, have fun ordering anything and shipping it to your address here just for anyone to open your packages and steal your online orders. But hey, if you like fun community events like free Chick-Fil-A on a random Saturday morning, enjoy your stay at 927!

The only good thing was the convenient location to downtown. The first day we moved in our washing machine flooded and the water smelled like sulfur. We were told someone would come and clean our carpet but that never happened, even after we reached out multiple times. The leasing office barely responded to us, we had a bad cockroach problem, and on top of it all the balconies on our side of the building were leaking and workers were constantly coming through our apartment when we were working from home. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
