Their website states that they provide hot water, shampoo, and conditioner at dog bathing stations but we took our dog here for a bath and the soap provided was watered down hand soap in a bottle marked "oatmeal shampoo" and the water was freezing cold. When we notified a staff member, there was no apology or offer to rectify the situation, just "oh yeah, our other soap was recalled" which should have been mentioned before taking our money and sending us back to wash our dog. I would've even appreciated a warning or a heads up because our dog has very sensitive skin and the falsely labeled bottles were misleading. TLDR: Don't bring your dog here for a bath, the service is not as advertised.

Nice pet store with good selection, dog washing station, and super friendly and helpful staff!! We found exactly what we were looking for and multiple staff members said hello and asked if they could help us!!! We will come back!!!
