This location has an amazing team and professional management at this location! The one star I am giving is in reference to the delivery company of the appliances I have purchased from BestBuy ( in-store) about 3 weeks ago. I have had three appointments canceled the day of the deliveries. The appliances I ordered some how got scheduled for a previous address; which was not the stores fault because they set it up in front of me. There has still not been a resolution for the time that I have wasted taking three days off of work to take care of all this. Plus on top of all that I still don’t have my appliances!!!

Picked up a very expensive order by curbside pick up. Waited forever then received an open package item that id paid full price for. Came in to request exchange for unopened item and was advised that I can't return or exchange until it shows in their system. What?? So much attitude behind the statement. I was confused. Called Customer service and said they see the order and pick up and that I should be able to take care of it. Instead I get told to come back at another time or walk around the store! Super irritated and over customer service these days.

Big, Massive, Fully Inventory Store with lots of goodies.. BUT NO STINKING EMPLOYEES!!!!! I was about to spend over $2,000 on items that I had been looking for and wanting for a while now and when I finally found it all, THERE WERE NO EMPLOYEES available to help with it all. SMH.. 😤

The store is clean and the few times I have been there it is not busy, from some Best Buy stores, they normally have a very good inventory and stuff on stock. I have a different BB store nearby my house but found myself ending up coming to this location often for that reason, you can find good stuff on the clearance/open box area. The staff is friendly and very helpful and attentive.

Yes, but it depends on the model you have. Some are on clearance now and may not be available for long. I suggest going to their website.
Yes, you need an appointment to shop or visit Geek Squad at the store. You can call or make an appointment on bestbuy.vom
They sell batteries. But they don't install it for you
Some PC parts are available. If you go online you can see if the individual part you want is at this specific location.
Be a little more specfic. But best is to go their website and it will say whats in stock @ store or if it will be shippd out 2 u.
