I've lived at the Mt. Baldy Apartments for a few years. They have had over 10 managers since I first moved here, each one worse than the the one before. The current manager (as of 1/23/13) lives on site and is NEVER in the office. Literally, every day for the past 2 weeks I have looked and it is closed. I mean really, you live on site. How hard can it be to walk across the street to your office for a few hours? Every time you call with a problem, her response is "Well I'm not in the office right now..." Don't move here. They don't care about you.
