Love shopping here, however went today and five staff working and all but one guy was extremely rude and giving snotty looks. I know everyone is hiring but this will stop me from shopping here alot with my three teens.

The clothes they are selling feel similar to the level of a thrift store. I mostly came in to sell, and they only took a few things out of two large boxes of designer new and very gently used stuff. I was confused that they wouldn’t take unworn sandals in a brand they say they buy, even thought the sandals were really recently purchased. They wouldn’t take any new designer stuff simply because it isn’t on their short list of teenager-targeted brands. So they turned away things like Madewell, J. Crew and Anthropologie, but on the racks were Fabletics leggings and dirty Vans. My daughter wanted to buy a Shein swimsuit they were selling; but it literally had a hole in it, and cost the same as what Shein was selling it for new. I understand that this store is meant for teenagers, so I know I can’t expect them to take things that stray out of that realm. But I did find it to be somewhat inconsistent. Also the buy price wasn’t great: only $35 for about 8 brand new items, all of which were pricey things like Hollister jeans and rompers, so conservatively speaking about $250 worth of clothes. Anyway, I haven’t been here a lot so maybe it’s worth hunting for some good finds. But it didn’t get me excited to go back.

The prices are great if your buying in store. Not so great if your selling. I had over $500 in 8 pairs of boots within 1 or 2yrs old and they offered me $28. Hard pass. I'll sticking to just shopping here.

Nice location. They have some good finds most of the time. They are getting more men's clothing which is nice and the clothes are always nice and have a good clean look to them. It's definitely not your average thrift store experience. The employees are kind and like to visit and are great at finding a good outfit.

We follow all of the Washington state restrictions put in place: Including employees masking/checking temps, all items that are bought in are held for 24hrs before going to the sales floor, fitting room items are held for 24hrs after being tried on, all fitting rooms are sanitized between every use using state approved disinfectants, and reduced capacity per state regulations. We have multiple sanitizing stations on the sales floor for customers as well.

are they accepting clothes right now? i want to drop some off but i’m worried the pandemic has caused them to stop
