Eric is knowledgeable and practical. He shares information openly and gives good advice. You don’t always need him and he will tell you that but when you do, he charge fair rates.

Mr. Steven and his firm are one of the best landlord-tenant lawyers in the state, let alone Spokane.

Eric has saved me A LOT of money and worry over the years. Landlording for 20 years has its challenges. Its awesome to have an attorney that is affordable, available, and helpful with stressful things like evictions, and worse. D. Chambers

I had few evictions to do through Eric. Steven and he was very kind, helpful and gave me excellent advice. He put together very detail 10 days notice and 30 days notice for me with such great articulate warding. I was very impressed and it did help me a lot! The person who I had to evict, changed his behavior for the best and thought seriously about the results of his action if he'll not get his act straight. So,I was able to still let him stay longer without processing the eviction after all. That is all thanks to a great detail letters that Mr.Steven put together for me in this case.I would not go to any other attorney, but him for any legal matter, since he showed me great work ethics and excellent performance every time that I hired him for these legal issues.I would highly recommend him to any one with legal problems if they want the best lawyer in WA with great results every single time! I can't thank him enough for all the help that he gave me with his advice and prospective!

Currently there is no limit to the amount of money a landlord can increase rent in WA in the context of a market rate property. There is a rent control bill in the legislative session that proposes a cap of 3 percent. Please use direct email for messages. Thanks, Eric Steven
