I live in co-housing which is a bit different than renting to just anyone. I appreciated the things I learned on the site and the ease with which I was able to go back to the free plan when my renters didn't want to pay on line etc. This is a great program and if i was renting more than my own co-housing unit I would certainly use it again.

The concept is great. The interface is NOT user friendly and tech support is next to non-existent. Attempts to contact customer service result in "all circuits are busy". Wouldn't recommend.

very poor service. they are trying to get over on people. jus try to make me pay a 400 deposit which they have never asked me for in the 4 straight months i’ve been using them. Then they falsely accused me of not paying a ticket i got locked my account. they didn’t even try to make up for it. The employees are rude and don’t know all the policies. trash if you value your money and time don’t rent from them

Log in and look under properties in the menu bar. Select the address for the property you want to manage. Go to listing tab and remove listing.

Hi Joe - we do work with the tenant to renew the lease. We start out by inquiring from you if you’re interested and would like us to communicate with the tenant about renewing. If we do, we capture their interest. If everyone wants to renew, its a simple one-button click to get the renewed lease started from within your account.
Seems odd that withdrawl would happen on a Saturday. More likely that withdrawal would occur on Monday and 3 full business days later you would see deposit in account on Friday.
Hi Angie! Robert here-- I'm a Community Manager at Avail and would be happy to answer that question for you. We've partnered with TransUnion (one of the three major credit bureaus) to offer the full spectrum of reporting. This means you have the option to request the basic screening information (ie. the renter profile section of the application), but can also request the full spectrum of reporting which includes the applicant's credit score, nationwide criminal background check, sex offender list check, and their eviction history (so, any public records or judgements found against them would be pulled back as part of that reporting).
