Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

I wanted to order a concrete and was unfortunately told they were out of ice cream. It's March folks, I'm a little confused by this. Sadly I wasn't able to order what I drove here to get. I even told the worker i had driven 10 miles here because McDonald's ice cream machine was down. I was on the way to use their restroom before leaving when I was approached by the girl who was going to take my order. She asked if I was going to the restroom. When I answered yes, she said the restroom was only for customers. Folks how rude can you be?? I replied that I was a customer, and that it wasn't my fault they were out of ice cream. I hope management is reading this.

Went for a burger and milk shake. The milk shake was just ice cream. I had to eat with a spoon. The fries and burgers were not seasoned, very bland. I would not even feed food like that to my dog. Customer service was good. The vents that were right over where we ate, looked as if they have not been cleaned in over a year. Overall sub-par food.

Ordered the cheesesteak with provolone cheese and tots for side. Our waitress was great. But was odd that other waitresses kept coming to our table to ask if we were ready to order after she was already getting our drinks. Then a different waitress brought our food but could not tell who got what. She said "well, I didn't take the order so I don't know". Several of us ordered the cheesesteak but different cheese. So that was awkward. But again our waitress was great and want to focus on that experience.
