You're required to schedule an appointment online, thanks covid, and once you get to the office you have to send a text to alert them of your arrival. I showed up a few minutes early so I was glad I was able to gain entry early. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Efficient, streamlined, super friendly folks (Sue is fantastic!). They don’t take walk-ins right now, but their online portal is super easy to navigate and you check in once you arrive and get in when it’s your turn. Got a brand new license in maybe, 15 min tops? This compared to the nearly 4 hrs I spent at the Portland DMV 3 yrs ago. Love it!

You can pay with a debit card
Yes, you can take both written and driving tests there.
If you call the office number (509-334-2510) and listen to the entire message you will then be given a phone number to call for more information.
