I have always had a good experience at the Lab. They are quick, efficient, and my results are always posted by the next day- I appreciate that turnaround and I'm sure my doctor does too.

Front desk receptionist are very helpful and attentive. However, laboratory nurses are not. Very quick procedures typically with the lab, but immediately nurse was dismissive. She was rude. I give the star to the receptionist quite honestly.

I have been to this hospital too many times to count. Two births, one surgery and two er visits for myself, countless other times for my husband and two children. I have always been treated amazing. The nurses in both the er and birth place are absolutely wonderful. Since you tend to spend more time with them than the doctors, I think this is important. The Drs are knowledgeable, and if they are questioning themselves, they don't hesitate to ask a fellow Dr for their opinions. The wait times are a bit excessive for being such a small, never busy place, but most ers are. One doctor in particular, I didn't have a super great experience with, but of how many times we have been there, one doctor upsetting me is not worth leaving a bad review over. We will continue to use Pullman Regional Hospital to keep us healthy.

I had to have the first surgery of my life at Pullman hospital last week. I was afraid of what was going to happen, after the surgery I was in the hospital for 2 nights. The nursing staff was absolutely amazing. They made me feel like I was the only patient in the hospital, they gave 100% to make sure my every need was taking care of. They kept me informed of everything every step of the way. I was easily able to tell that comfort and safety were their first concern. I can’t say enough good about their nurses. The level of care I received far exceeded what I expected from a small regional hospital. Great job!

In the Birth Center about 10. In the main hospital maybe 20? Rarely do they have more than 5 in-patient beds filled for non-maternity care. Serious medical emergencies are taken to Spokane by ambulance or Life Flight or occasionally Seattle by Life Flight. When I needed emergency neurosurgery, I ended up at Providence Sacred Heart in Spokane.
I don't think so
Nerve ablation is done in Same Day Surgery
For the most accurate answer call the hospital. But in general,, your doctor will need to "write an order", call, fax or electronically send the order to the hospital. Then, most likely you will probably need to make an appointment with the hospital lab. They are open for this M-F fairly early to after must work hours to accommodate people who work. As I mentioned call the hospital and they will provide a more complete/accurate answer
