Busses are clean and on time, terrible customer service. Phone operators are rude and snappy, not interested in helping and sound annoyed rather than helpful. Don’t expect help over the phone.

(2/17/2020) Bellevue to Pullman. The bus left one hour later than the 3:30 PM Departure time. In Ellensburg, the driver asked the bus "Does anyone know where the McDonald's is?" (Why doesn't the driver know?!). 15 miles from Vantage someone came forward and told the driver they were supposed to get off at the McDonald's we never went to. The driver is supposed to stop at the McDonald's and ask if anyone is getting off, the driver didn't do both these things. (11/8/2019) We waited over 25 minutes in Downtown Pullman (Away from the On-Campus Wheatland Pick-Up) for one person who was late. An entire bus of students who were on-time for a 2:00 PM bus and eager to see their loved ones should not have to wait for one person. Just because someone hasn't learned to be on time doesn't mean 50 other people should have to suffer for it.

We contracted them for a shuttle to Kellogg, ID for a trip to Silver Mountain. Paul and Stephanie were great drivers and we had a blast getting to know them. The scheduling people were super helpful and worked with us on pick up locations and times. We will be using them again for all our group transportation needs!

Pretty frustrating customer service. This is really the only shuttle service out of Spokane, especially to Pullman, so it's preferable to an Uber over $100 or College Cab. Drivers are always nice and the shuttle has worked, but every time I have to contact customer support to change a ticket it takes multiple attempts and feels like pulling teeth.

2 total. one to put under the bus. One small carry on that can go in overhead bins, under seat, or rest on passengers lap.
Call the office and have them transfer the tickets to the new dates and you'll be all set. Do it sooner rather than later to ensure a seat on the Holiday Express.
