By far the worst delivery service I've experienced. I've ordered 3 packages, all of which went to a different apartment within my complex. I live in a two story apartment complex and if any effort was put in to find my door they would find it. Simply just lazy service, and i'm scared if i order another package it will end up being taken. This needs to be fixed.

Bad attitude and bad service. I've seen a few other reviews about the "Lady with the glasses" and I can confirm she is quite unpleasant. I've had decent service in the past, really nothing to complain about, but today was not their day. I'd recommend taking the extra 15 minute drive to Moscow, you will be better off.

You guys don't knock when you need a signature. I've been waiting for my package and all I got was a slip on my door saying I have to pick up my package tomorrow from the craft store. Why can't I just pick up my package from the UPS store in Pullman later today? Ridiculous. I have a lot of respect for delivery drivers, I get you guys are busy and deal with a lot, but too often Pullman UPS either doesn't even bother getting a signature on my deliveries or they don't even bother to knock for a signature. Super disappointing.

I used to be able to pick up my package at here free of charge, so that is why I love UPS. However, I found out that they start to force customers to pay fees if they need to redirect their package to some place else (Access point or the store in Moscow, ID) for pick up. The worst thing is that they are not able to redirect the package in time so that it can be delivered next day. I supposed to receive my package Thursday night. The UPS delivery man did not knock my door and just left a notice. Once I saw the notice, I immediately paid the fee so that it could be drop off at Access point on Friday. However, the package was redirected back to this center and then sit over there for the whole day.... Come on. You want us to pay fees. OK.. But, you need to do your job since you take our money. Why can't you redirect my package to Access point on Friday even if I already sent out the request Thursday 7 pm? Now, I have to wait until the incoming Monday for it to be dropped off at the Access Point. What the heck? What's the point paying the fees?
