While the inside was nice enough We had to pay another 100.00 to park our car and another 100+ for a deposit, we've not gotten back. A bunch of bums asking for money all around this place. Find somewhere else that is up front about everything.

Horrible experience. I booked two rooms hours before our arrival, when I checked in around 11:30p.m. we went to our room only to find that it was dirty. Empty bottles of wine, towels on the ground in the bathroom, empty bags of chips around. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk only to find out there were no more rooms available. I booked thru a third party company and the front desk pretty much said I would get refunded and nothing else could be done. Also there was a party going on with loud music at midnight, the front desk guy kept getting calls and the way he answered the phone was "are you calling about the noise, it should be over soon?" Also when we checked in we were told the hotel does not offer self parking not even for a cost, I had to park across the street and paid $140 for the night so be prepared for that. Lastly, there are tons and tons of homeless people around the hotel. If you are looking for a place to sleep and do not have a car this should be your last option to stay but I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Our room was never cleaned. When we called the front desk to ask them if they could clean our room (as we were told when we checked in) they were very rude and kept telling us they would not clean it. After some time, they told us it was possible to have it cleaned. When we came back after 9 hours it still had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and they told us that there was nothing they could do. The other important thing is the parking. We spoke with two people, one was really nice but the other one was extremely rude and made us pay extra for the parking without giving an explanation. The room was nice but too expensive and as I said before, the service was really bad. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Dear Gabriel who works at reception for really long hours is an asset for the hotel. He was so kind, so helpful and made our stay easygoing🤗 The fireplace’s in the common areas were so beautiful. Hotel location was great. Duvet covers instead of flat sheets would be more comfortable.

I didn't feel unsafe- that being said, pay attention to your surroundings. A lot of homeless sadly are around, but crime rate is low.

There are a few parking lots nearby, but the hotel only offers a very pricey valet service. I think it's around $65-$75 per 24 hrs.
