Very charming, old SF style Hotel. Unique. I enjoyed my stay. Good size room and closet for storing luggage. Decent bathroom. Was cleaned everyday and happy with staff. Lots of restaurants nearby including Brenda's Soul Food next door!

The staff was very friendly & the parking was easily accessible from the hotel. I had peice of mind knowing my car was safe & didn't have to park on the street. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check-in & check out was easy.

Positive: Good water pressure, room was relatively clean. Negative: Use of radiator instead of central heating system. Location too close to tenderloin, not safe even during the day. Very noisy at night Lack of amenities. Asked for fridge but never received one. No bathtub stopper. Small bugs flying around inside the room
